I’m probably not your average therapist…

My style is warm, real, and down-to-earth. Sometimes we’ll laugh, sometimes we’ll cry, and I may just drop a well-placed F-bomb here and there.

I try to create a space where you can truly show up as yourself, without fear of judgment. You don’t have to filter your thoughts or words here. Come as you are—I can handle it. And I’m not afraid to call you on your shit (yep, I said it) and hold you accountable.

I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with an expertise in trauma and a deep passion for helping people navigate life’s hardest moments. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, trauma, burnout, or just feeling stuck, I’ll meet you with compassion, honesty, and a little bit of humor. We’ll work together to untangle what’s holding you back and build something stronger from the inside out.

Education and Experience

I graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from The Citadel Graduate College. I spent several years working as a Forensic Interviewer and Child and Family Therapist at Kay Phillips Child Advocacy Center (formerly Dorchester Children’s Advocacy Center), where I later served as Assistant Director of Clinical Services. After continuing my work in higher education at the College of Charleston Counseling Center, I opened my private practice in 2021.

I am especially passionate about working with trauma, with a particular focus on sexual trauma and recovery from narcissistic abuse. I am Licensed in the state of South Carolina as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC #6812) and Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPCS #8970).
